Terms and Conditions

Deposit required

One night stay = 100% deposit , Multiple stay = 50% deposit

Check in times are between 15:00 and 19:00. Late arrivals must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may be charged an additional late arrival fee.

Arrivals after 9pm will not be permitted at all.

As we are not present on the property at all times, an advance estimated time of arrival and an sms/Whatsapp/phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival is requested.

In order to comply with the Government Regulations, on arrival South African ID/International Passport numbers of all adults checking in have to be recorded on Guests' Registration.

Check out time: 10:00am
Late check-out (no later than 12:00pm, Mon - Friday only) may be arranged in advance and is charged at an additional R150 per hour, or part thereof)  
R250 (per hour, or part thereof) will be payable for unauthorized late departure.

Group Key Deposit

A R500 (per unit) Breakage/excessive clean-up deposit will be payable on arrival in cash.  This deposit will be refunded on departure, after inspection of the Units, and minus any breakages or excessive cleaning fees.  Damages in excess of the deposit  held, will be charged to the guests, and payable on departure. (Group bookings are defined as a booking of 2 units or more for one group of guests)

No Guest pets are allowed on the premises.
No smoking is allowed inside the Apartments.
Please consider your fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum.  No noise at all after 9pm.
No parties will be allowed on the premises unless all the units have been booked to one group.  

Confirming your reservation

One night only reservations require a 100% deposit.
Multiple night reservations require a 50% deposit of the full amount.
Payment may be made via Credit/Cheque Card or bank deposit.
Deposits are due within 12-48 hours from time of your reservation request (depending on the date of the reservation)
A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.



Cancellation policy

Cancellation 30+ days prior to arrival, a R200 handling fee will apply.
Cancellation 8 - 29 days prior to arrival, 50% of the FULL reservation value will be charged.
Cancellation 0-7 days  before arrival, 100% of the FULL reservation value will be charged.
Cancellation due to medical reasons/death will receive a refund only once documentary proof has been received. A standard R200 handling fee will still apply for each unit booked.
Cancellation due to flight delays or other travel problems are non-refundable.  Please take this up with your Travel Insurer.
No refunds will be considered for late arrivals, no shows or early departures.

Booking Amendments

Amendments 8 days + prior to arrival will incur a R200 handeling fee per Apartment
Change of date of bookings permitted once only, and accommodation must be taken up within 90 days of original booking.  Rates and terms for new bookings will be applicable. Amendments 0-7 days prior to arrival is not permitted, and the full booking amount will be forfeit.

Indemnity

The owner ,as well as staff , contractors and agents connected to the premises cannot be held responsible for any deaths, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person, or theft, loss or damage to property, occurring within or arising from occupancy or a visit to the Apartments, howsoever caused and whether due to the negligence of the owner or staff, contractors or agent.
