It comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One with a bath and one with a shower.
The large "roof" deck is private to this Apartment and offers a view of the gardens and Sabie Valley.
Braai (BBQ) facilities are available.
Fully equipped for a comfortable Self Catering stay.
We have a summer pool - bring your pool towels!

Booking Terms
Reservation & Deposit Policy
One-night stays require a 100% deposit at the time of booking.
Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival date requires 100% deposit at the time of booking.
Multiple-night stays require a 50% deposit of the total booking amount.
(Final payment will be due 7 days prior to arrival)
Deposits are due within 12 to 48 hours of your booking request (depending on your reservation date).
Deposits can be made via master/visa card or bank transfer.
Reservations without a deposit/final payment by the due date will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days prior to arrival: R200 handling fee per unit.
8–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
0–7 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Cancellations for medical reasons or death must be supported by documentation. A R200 handling fee still applies per unit.
No refunds for travel issues (e.g., flight delays, vehicle problems) – please claim from your travel insurer.
No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Booking Amendments
Amendments 8+ days before arrival will incur a R200 handling fee per unit.
One date change is permitted only, and the booking must be used within 90 days of the original date.
Rates and terms for the new dates will apply.
Amendments 0–7 days before arrival are not allowed, and the full booking amount is forfeited.
