The renowned Panorama Route showcases some of Africa's most stunning natural landscapes. Sabie
Sabie is a picturesque little town surrounded by the Drankensberg mountain range and nestled on the banks of the Sabie river in one of the world's largest man-made forests. It originated as a gold-rush town and, in 1876, after large portions of indigenous forest were destroyed for wood required in the mines, the first commercial forest were planted.
