Arrival Times & Establishment regulations

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: Between 15:00 and 19:00.
Late check-ins must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Please notify us of your estimated time of arrival in advance, and confirm your arrival by WhatsApp/phone call 30 minutes prior.
Government regulations require us to record South African ID or International Passport numbers for all adult guests upon check-in.

Check-out: Strictly by 10:00am.
Late check-out (until 12:00pm, Monday–Friday only) may be arranged in advance at R150 per hour (or part thereof). Subject to availability.
Unauthorized late departures will incur a fee of R250 per hour (or part thereof).

Group Bookings & Key Deposit
A R500 breakage/excessive cleaning deposit per unit is payable in cash on arrival for group bookings (2 or more units booked for one group).
This will be refunded after inspection, less any damages or excessive cleaning charges.
Damages exceeding the deposit will be charged to the guest and must be settled before departure.

House Rules
No pets are allowed on the premises.
No smoking  of any kind inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment.
Please respect fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum, and no noise at all after 21:00.
Parties are not permitted unless all units are booked by a single group—noise restrictions still apply due to our residential location.

Indemnity Clause
The owner, staff, contractors, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property arising from occupancy or visits to the premises, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
